I got a call this morning from my insurance company telling me that a broker Cooke Transportation out of FL they also have a place in NC said I had their load which I did not the people loaded chickens in RoseHill NC they filled out a carrier packet with all forged documents the broker from Cooke Transportation sent me the packet they sent in and the phone numbers they called from and the names if it is actually their real names the first # 7622339963 Phillip second # 8622505908 Dania third # 5102551410 the coi they submitted was my insurance company with different stuff added to pull a reefer

Can you give more details? Did you find these crooks? Were you able to resolve this and clear your name?

This happens all too often on the van/flatbed side of our world. Good to have the information though for bulk haulers to at least know that this is happening.
