If you unload at Hubbard Mills, in Rapid City, South Dakota, always add at least 2 to 3 hours demurrage time to your rate. I am literally sitting outside of their office looking in the window and watching the office team. Sit there well my phone is ringing and nobody is answering the phone. Not a good place to unload.

I need to expand on my previous comment. After calling three times, they finally answered and I reminded them that I was waiting. The receiving supervisor came out and unloaded my truck. A super nice man and did a good job. I will go there again, but plan on taking a long time.
