Where did the extra 300,000 go? Last message you posted on the board was 600,000.

However, lets not call a kettle black here. YOU still owe me 68,000.00, that YOU wont pay on. Ive tried to resolve this and you want to steal from me!

Why dont we discuss this, Terry?

Guys & girls, please be very careful and do your homework on emails from brokers. People are using brokers companies as a front. I lded for a guy who emailed me and I didn't check or stall long enough to get more details about this person. Got burned for $1750. It may not be much as some owners are owed. But it's been a rough year (s) for everyone. But it's probably not the first or the last time. 3rd time in 17yrs pulling a hopper. Just frustrating, but I didn't want to keep it to myself. So please be patient and careful about who sends emails or lds. Especially before the holidays last minute lds that's offering big $$. Thanks and be safe.

Yea they kept all my detention money back when they were doing frack sand. Everybody that was doing quick pay got theirs, but I was just doing regular pay and they kept all mine. Showed me right there what kind of business they're running and who they are but they'll be the first to cry.

Not to mention, publicaly tells everyone he had no idea of my invoices and wants to get this resolved. Here we are a year later with unresolved issues. Wants to put it off on Brandon everytime. An invoice is an invoice. The carriers still had to be paid. Business is business. Ive tried being the better person. Ive tried talking to this man, but they never will put me on the phone with him. Greed get nobody anywhere!

Avoid Brandon G at Ciro Transport LLC out of Fairmont, MN

An article about the alleged theft by members of the Greiner family was published on FreightWaves on Feb 28, 2023. The article stated that Brandon and his mother Vickie were charged with swindling more than $600,000 from their employer, Commodity Services. It also stated that the Greiners returned $244,000 following a demand from Commodity Services’ attorney. So that would leave about $356,000 still missing. According to the article, Brandon has since opened his own brokerage under the name Ciro Transport LLC out of Fairmont, MN.

I did some research and the criminal complaint alleges that $349,813.95 in unauthorized transfers were made from Commodity Services to Vickie's bank account and $268,287.48 was transferred to Brandon's bank account for a total of $618,101.43. An ammended criminal complaint alleges Vickie also purchased clothing, Amazon gift cards, office equipment, and vacation related items by using Commodity Services' business credit cards at Amazon, Home Depot, Budget Rental, Carnival Cruises, Sun Country and other merchants. The Greiners were charged with a combined 6 Felonies related to the alleged thefts. This information is all publicly available by searching Minnesota court records. It may be several more months before these cases are resolved and the Greiners are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

More recently, the State of Minnesota charged Brandon with 6 Felony counts of filing false or fraudulent tax returns and failure to pay taxes. The State alleges that Brandon and his wife Breanne under-reported their 2020 wages by more than $31,000. The Greiners are also accused of failing to report over $51,000 in wages from Brandon's jobs in 2021. In addition, they did not pay taxes on the money allegedly stolen from Commodity Services in 2021 and 2022 (stolen money is considered taxable income by the IRS). Perhaps Brandon didn't know that the information on his W2's was also reported to the government or he thought he wouldn't get caught. This information is all publicly available by searching Minnesota court records. The MN Department of Revenue issued a press release about this matter on January 17, 2024.

The State of Minnesota also charged Vickie with 8 Felony counts for filing false or fraudulent tax returns and failure to pay taxes. Including the theft charges, Vickie is now facing 12 felony charges. The MN Department of Revenue issued a press release about the tax charges on November 2, 2023.

People can decide for themselves if they want to do business with Brandon, a guy who is facing 8 felony charges and who allegedly owes his former employer and the State of Minnesota tens of thousands of dollars.

Terry. Look what happened to dr Rick Becker in Bismarck nd. Debbie glass stole 363000 from dr Becker. Money used for trips to Mexico. New motorcycles pontoon. Vehicles. 10 yrs to pay restitution

at zero interest. IRS did NOT call it income. Look it up in the archives in the Bismarck tribune.

Seems like brokers are stealing also

seems like some people drag their so much on issues they will need new shoes soon
the legal system isn't justice it is just us

Sounds like it was the trucks money to begin with. Everytime commodity services (the Minnesota office) has loads posted and someone else has the same load posted. You bet commodity services is always hundreds of dollars lower then everyone elses rate on the same exact load! Could someone explain why the bigger broker company would need more off a load then the smaller brokers that are actually honest about their steady % they take off the load and seam to do a better job?
