I wanted to put a BIG thank you out there for The 4 Points Group through Smart Freight Funding. I had delivered a few loads and did not receive payment and kept getting lied to that they had sent payment and even cancelled the check and reissued another check. We waited and waited and no check. It was then that the 4 points group took over and were able to get us our money from them. I was afraid we would never get our money and we know how hard we work to make the money, we deserve to receive it when the job is done and done right. I definitely recommend anyone to The 4 Points Group, they sure did save us a lot of time, money and handled everything on their own. Thanks again! |

Just courious.. but do you not run a credit check on any new customers...that helps keep the non pays down to almost non existant..and if they show up bad.. you move on.. if they look good then you haul for them and get paid..

If your question is for the carrier, let me explain what happened. The carrier asked the factoring Company if they would factor a load for a new customer. The factoring company researched , and yes ran a credit report and "turned down" the factoring for the customer. The carrier, went ahead and hauled the load and direct billed the customer that we turned down. That company didn't pay the carrier. So he enlisted our agency to help him collect.
Does that help? Have a great day!! |
