We are a small trucking company dedicated to serving our customers at the highest level. Kodiak Freight provides transportation service to the construction, mining, agricultural industries, and many other oversize / overweight customers. Drivers will enjoy newer reliable equipment, competitive pay, home time, and benefits. Responsibilities and Duties Driver is responsible for loading / unloading and the safe delivery of equipment and other types of oversize loads. Driver is responsible for daily mechanical upkeep, safety inspections of equipment and defect reporting. Driver must be able to use ELD and maintain full compliance of DOT hours of service rules and regulations. Qualifications and Skills Must have at least 3 years of class A driving experience. Must have oversize / overweight experience. Must be able to operate RGN / Lowboy trailers and Landoll 440 type trailers. Must have knowledge of proper load securement chains, binders, straps etc. Ability to operate heavy equipment / machinery is a plus. Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Must have a good driving record with no recent accidents or DUI. Must pass pre-employment drug screen and backround check. Benefits Benefits start after 30 days!
