Target: 5–10 trucks; established 5–10+ years; strong customer base/consistent lanes preferred; mix of owner-ops and company drivers OK. Freight: Ag/hopper bottom (grain, feed, fertilizer, DDG), tanker/bulk, step deck/combination setups. Open to diversified freight if it makes sense. Situation: Owner retiring, stepping back, or transitioning out. Willing to keep seller involved short-term for a smooth handoff if needed.
