I am doing some market research on this industry and would really appreciate some insight. What I would really like to know for starters is if there is a generally consistent way owners and operators congregate here to address certain bottleneck issues with regards to: finding consistent help, employee absenteeism/turnover, growing the trucking industry, and entry level help?
