FMCSA grants a waiver from certain regulations applicable to motor carriers and drivers operating commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) in interstate commerce to transport straight or blended fertilizer products in select States. The Agency grants this waiver in coordination with the U.S. Department of Agriculture to address an urgent fertilizer supply shortfall.
DATES: This waiver is effective May 26, 2026, and expires on August 26, 2026.
