Hello, my name is Walter Ference Jr, and

I am currently conducting independent research focused on operational and workforce challenges within the manufacturing, warehousing, and transportation/logistics industries.

At this stage, I am not promoting a business, product, or service. My goal is simply to better understand some of the recurring issues companies face regarding topics such as attendance reliability, absenteeism, staffing gaps, productivity, scheduling pressure, and workforce consistency.

I came across your platform/community because it appears to bring together professionals directly involved in plant operations, workforce management, recruiting, onboarding, logistics coordination, and related decision-making roles.

I wanted to ask whether there may be an appropriate way to respectfully gather feedback from members of your community. This could include:
