We're seeing fertilizer loads starting to pickup. If you're planning on hauling it, I'd recommend making sure your insurance policy has the CA 9948 pollution liability endorsement. If you're unsure if your policy has this coverage, Feel free to send us your policy and we'll review on your behalf!

Hey Kenny,

Great West is a reputable company. As it relates to pollution coverage, unfortunatly insurance companies don't include this coverage on the truckers form. Typically, it has to be requested by your agent to be added to the policy. Insurance wording can be difficult to understand. The pollution coverage is called the CA9948 endorsement but if you dont know where to look on your policy you might not find it, or you might not have coverage. My purpose for offering policy review is to make sure members know we have their back, regardless if we're their agent or not.
