All I know is that when Obama was president OIDDA was abl to stop and delay the ELD. This was put in effect under the Trump administration. He has made I don't know many executive orders so why not one that will help trucking industry, but canceling the ELD mandate.

The ELD requirement is a law not an executive order..thats why Trump cant just void it out..it was put into one of the highway bills..passed by the congress..and signed by obama..

Correct also anything implemented by executive order can be rescinded in the same manner. Before placing blame some need to educate themselves on how the government works.
