I talked to Samantha yesterday concerning an issue with TMS. Quickly it was discovered that if I hadn’t made a mistake entering Information I wouldn’t have had to call. Problem resolved.👍. I had never spoken with her before and asked why no one is ever in a bad mood when I call in? She said she was new but it is the way Bill Loads operates to be helpful and kind. I just want to give a shout out to all the staff there for being pleasant and courteous always. They have put together a great team that really wants to help you succeed. Thad Bridges
