We are still in courts to recover the money lost in the embezzlement - As FREIGHTWAYS SAID Brandon was charged wiith a felony! He took the money and started a brokerage in Fairmont Ciro Transport - people just didnt want to get involved wth Him because of the charges and his integrity. Now i see he is hiding in Superior, WI under another new name OTR Hopper Dispatch - use a lot of discretion if he approches you - Very bad person to do business with -

Only fact I have is commodity service has not taken 20% when I haul some for your company. Easy to check it out. I believe he is mad because I only listed a few companies to direct haul for. anyone can buy Wheatmids out of grand forks any rancher can buy their own distillers out of an ethanol plant. several other people listed other companies to direct haul for. Terry got a call from norm's (rip) grandson in sd claiming you take 20% for brokerage. He claims he only takes 8%. Only fact I have is commodity service has not taken 20% when I haul some for your company. Easy to check it out.
I believe he is mad because I only listed a few companies to direct haul for.

Finally getting back in court room with these clowns again- Can't beleive the process is so slow -- I guess when you are looking at 2 felonies your future is ugly - Lawyer said likely no prison but certainly jail - likely 1 year ! I would like to get my money back -

It's been almost a year since this story first hit the news, and both court cases for theft by swindle are slowly moving through the court system. The Greiner family was recently in the news once again: The State of Minnesota charged Vickie with 8 Felony counts for filing false or fraudulent tax returns and failure to pay taxes. Including the theft charges, Vickie is now facing a total of 12 felony charges. The MN Department of Revenue issued a press release about the tax charges on November 2, 2023. The State of Minnesota also charged Brandon with 6 Felony counts of filing false or fraudulent tax returns and failure to pay taxes. The State alleges that Brandon and his wife Breanne under-reported their 2020 wages by more than $31,000. The Greiners are also accused of failing to report over $51,000 in wages from Brandon's jobs in 2021. (Do people not understand that the information on their W2 forms is also reported to the government or do they just think they won't get caught?) In addition, they did not pay taxes on the money allegedly stolen from Commodity Services in 2021 and 2022 (stolen money is considered taxable income by the IRS). This information is all publicly available by searching Minnesota court records. The MN Department of Revenue issued a press release about this matter on January 17, 2024. It may be several months or even years before the tax cases are resolved and it should be noted that the Greiners are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. People can decide for themselves if they want to do business with Ciro Transport LLC out of Fairmont, MN and it's owner Brandon, a guy who is facing 8 felony charges for theft and tax fraud and who allegedly owes his former employer and the State of Minnesota tens of thousands of dollars.

Had good dealings with Brandon and filled out his carrier packet 1/31/22 when he told me he jumped ship. I made a shit ton of money with him hauling lime in Pneumatics when it was available. Guess I’m fortunate I factored those loads as I usually do when I haven’t worked with someone a long time. Hope this gets resolved and some individuals can recover some of their money.

Been watching this unfold and should say it’s a shock at the very least. Had good dealings with Brandon and filled out his carrier packet 1/31/22 when he told me he jumped ship. I made a shit ton of money with him hauling lime in Pneumatics when it was available. Guess I’m fortunate I factored those loads as I usually do when I haven’t worked with someone a long time. Hope this gets resolved and some individuals can recover some of their money.
