Driver with 20 yoe

Driver needing to find good company ,would like to haul hopper,Midwest to west coast no East coast or new England states, have experience with ELD but would prefer not run them. 50 cents a mile or more,have references I'm 56 yo I live in n.w.missouri family man,20 years experience.other benefits also would be welcome.
