Could you supply your US DOT number so we can make sure that we are dealing with a legit company? I can not find you on SAFER and don't seem to see any loads listed on Bulkloads for you.

If you are booking loads and giving them to O/O then technically you are a broker? I would be very careful and would not book loads with no recourse toward who is booking them. Seems to be a easy way to get stung!!!

Big time! Looks like someone wants to make the money with out having any risk, having to insure like other BROKERS! You are a broker if you are booking loads with a shipper for O/O that you trip lease to. Someone correct me if I am wrong?

So why are all the brokers remaining silent on this? The carriers don’t seem to have a problem commenting on this.

I have no clue!? Blows my mind and then my mind gets blown again because people trip over themselves to get on board! If something goes wrong I guarantee that the truck will get hung out for EVERYTHING with no recourse because there is no bond to go after. Not a good business plan!

Is silence complicity? You never hear brokers on here, calling each other out for cutting rates, so ask yourself who benefits from that? Obviously it would be the shippers, follow the money and you will find that many of these brokerages are owned by the shippers, the money they skim is going right back into the shippers pockets. The folks who created Quantum should drive through Seattle, Portland or Minneapolis and ask themselves if this is what they want the rest of America to become, because the truth is people with good paying jobs wouldn’t behave that way.

Anyone calling themselves a "Dispatching Company" is by FMSCA is a Broker without a license which by the way is illegal and you can lose your company if someone chose to turn you in. You legally can not "Dispatch" loads unless you are the Shipper which means you had better be the dog food maker you are shipping and we know who you are and you definately are not a dog food manufacturer. You are an illegal broker who doesn't pay carriers who deliver your illegal loads. So beware anyone who chooses to take them up on their "Loads". As another poster stated you will be on your own and you will have delivered it for free even if you can get them to actually pay you. Always check to make sure the broker has a Broker License or you as the Carrier are liable for the load to the Shipper not the "Dispatching" company who is Brokering without a license.

Why don't you just show your customers a load board, instead of taking their money for "dispatching". Like you said, aren't you aware theres a plandemic

As long as the shippers are not paying the dispatcher and paying the trucking company there's nothing illegal going on. The trucking companies are paying the dispatcher 10% or less. Instead of dealing with brokers who take 20% or more off top before before they post it on the load board. Then charged 8% to dispatch it to drivers. Let us know if you are interested in any of our loads.

That sounds exactly like a broker to me. Can any other brokers chime in and let me know what I'm missing to think that? By that logic can I drop all my expensive credentials because I dont "call myself a carrier ". Maybe I'm wrong.

We don't use load boards only people that broker freight and take hard working drivers money do that! So we will leave it up to them to show there load boards.

Oooooh, now i get it. You don't use a load board, even though we are having a conversation, literally, on a load board. You also don't take the trucker's hard earned money, you just take 10 percent from the trucker. This smells like a "Jim wellian" adventure. Good luck Shanna!
