When in November...this is just December 17th. They have 30 pay terms like most - unless you want to utuilize their or anothers pay day loan program (aka factoring).

My bad actually it was October doesn't really matter they've told my factoring company they're not paying

Well took me a while to find it, but I thought your name seemed familiar. Your the guy that hauled that load of river rock, and claimed that guy didn't pay you either. Come to find out you loaded with a dirty trailer, (remnants of chicken meal). The consignee said it stunk, and was full of maggots, and flies after a few days. I've hauled for RFG multiple times, and was paid within 15-20 days. I bet there is more to this story, just like the last time when you claimed "non-payment".

This has nothing to do with delivery Purina signed the bills I wasted out at Sapp Bros. as of a couple days ago I was informed by my factoring company that they couldn't get payment supposedly some driver open his doors in the street they need to charge someone I had some product left in my trailer when I got to Sapp Bros freezer in right side middle corners I paid 270 dollars for washout I have the receipt if I had dumped in the street I wouldn't have had a pricey washout RFG had some of their regular trucks in there that day I don't haul for them very often they all denied it so charge me it's fine just chalk it up I just won't do business with them again it won't break me I'll just haul direct working on getting away from brokers anyway
