Hello, I am looking to get my own authority soon and am wondering if the bulk freight side is the same as general freight in regards to getting loads within the first 30,60,90 days with brokers, do they have certain wait periods from broker to broker before you can run with them or is the bulk side different? Thanks in advance, thinking of making a switch.

There are companies that work with new authorities. It seemed weird to me when companies told me no, I'd had a single state authority for 17 years before I got my MC number, but I still got turned down a few times.
