Jb hunt and swift is paying better for power only loads than 3/4s of the brokers on this load board. Go look at the DAT board. $4.00-$5.00 pretty mile

Then drop whatever you're pulling and go haul those loads. You're in the trucking business. You're not in the "bulk" or farming business. Just know that jumping around to whatever load, broker or freight is paying the best is not how you build customer relationships and, therefore, is not how you make the most money and achieve the most success.

It is my professional advice that EVERYONE leave the hopper world and go haul for Swift/Knight immediately and sell off all your hoppers.

I'd have to agree with you on that one, you cant run yourself out of business in hopes of building a relationship. You'd simply just be hauling cheap freight until you go bankrupt. Sadly in todays market a lot of the brokers and brokers reps arent interested in building a relationship, mainly that's why certain loads always end up on the "spot market"board meanwhile certain loads you'll never even see hit the board.

I agree! Especially those pesky companies that run in the lanes i like to run! Go be freight haulers asap! All the cool kids are doin it! Flip flops and headsets are the only requirements!

Those loads don’t make it to the boards because they get given to the carriers that have the relationship with the broker! That’s the point of building a relationship- you get the good loads that never see the board.
