I am taking posession of a timpte hopper that has brackets for portable vibrators, but wont come with a vibrator. Is there a difference in effectiveness between timpte or aftermarket brand of portable vibrators? What would you suggest? We run mostly belt trailers, and what hoppers we have, use permanantly installed vibrators. Looking for what works best. Hopper is plumbed with air, has 1 bracket on forward side of front hopper and 1 bracket on rear side of rear hopper

Im sure ill be told im dumb, but I’ve always likes the suction cup vibrators the best. You only need one and can use on multiple trailers.

I ordered mine with 4 permanent: front and back slope of each hopper. It may be overkill, but it’s super handy with ddgs on a hot summer day. I’d say utilize what you have for a while, and if you feel like the change to permanent is due or warranted, then do so. Best of luck!

We run over 200 hoppers and perfer the 2" Cleveland 1200 VMR vibrators. #021-300006
