Hello, can all brokers please erase your posted loads after you have them booked with a carrier. This will save a lot of time for ALL of us. PS Bulkloads is there away to help the brokers make this easy ?

I've addressed the same issue. If you notify bulkloads directly they'll easily review it and delete it. But it up to the "poster" to delete them. I've addressed ther same issue. Brokers don't care, they post it and forget it. It's primarily the smaller "fly by night" brokers that do this. In the beginning before i signed on with NORAG LLC, i would get mad because id contract other brokers about a load and they'd already have it covered. Lots of dead end calls. I feel your pain tho about calling and getting that answer. Good luck πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

Howdy everyone,

I do have some exciting news for everyone that will hopefully help eliminate dead-end calls on loads that have already been booked. We recently reduced the time a load can be posted without being updated as well as reduced the time a load stays on the board after the delivery date has passed. We are hoping this will help out quite a bit since it is ultimately up to the poster to delete the load since we have no way of knowing if the load has been covered or not without them notifying us.

Also, as James mentioned, if you ever call on a load that has been covered, flag the load right off the listing, and we personally reach out and remove the load to help keep active loads at the forefront. If you have any ideas or feedback, feel free to shoot me an email at [email protected] or reply to this forum.

Hope you all have a great day,

Cale Maher

We have reduced the maximum time a load can be posted without being edited down to 45 days, no matter the end date listed on the load, and 3 days after the load's end date. This is compared to loads only deleting automatically 7 days after the end date listed on the load. Hopefully, this makes sense.
