I hired Jensen Farms out of SD on Friday to haul 3 loads today from our warehouse in Grinnell. Called him this morning for ETA's. Screened my call. No trucks showed up to load today and no return phone call. Figure i should pass this along so no one else gets burned from this company. Thanks.

I work with Chase all the time so I am sure his story is dead on! Their side of the story will most likely be that something better came along and did not have the balls enough to call and cancel and now are ghosting the shipper! Not a good business practice!

I saw a Jensen truck pull out of Aberdeen AGP this morning. Nothing going there ever pays over 1.50 per mile......is why I ask

Randy, don't read into what I said. I just happened to see a truck that said Jensen on the side after reading the original post. Might not even be the same company. I was just being nosey and a smart Alec.

Well Chase is not answering so I will. Reread his initial post. When he is loading trucks from the warehouse that they own, how do you double broker? Like I said, We work with Zylstra quite often and have NEVER had a bad experience! Either bringing in loads or taking them out, we have always been treated well!
