I have interstate authority but am spending all of my capital on my truck and insurance. 1st year OO insurance is a killer! Can you help me get going with a trailer and some loads. I'm in Lubbock Tx.

I'm new so I'll run anywhere to get started but will eventually want most of my loads to originate or deliver to within 200 miles of Lubbock Tx

my two cents fwiw. i just rented a wilson hopper from erickson trucks n parts up in jackson, mn. they also just recently acquired a location in texas. they offer rent/rent to own and lease options. they do deal in salvage/rebuild equipment. good rates/no bs/and relatively good equipment. i had to fix a little wiring but no big deal. if you dont have to have a sparkly new one they are a good option in my opinion. just throwing it out there

Be careful with Erickson's. I looked at a trailer there 2 years ago. It had been tipped over in a ditch or something. Basically bent it into a U. I asked if it had a salvage title, he said "not anymore". Drove 1.5 hours west, bought the same 50ft 3axle timpte, 2 years newer, and not broke in half, with a legitimate clean title, for 5000 less from timpte.

You can't make any money pulling a hopper I've been there and done that before I got out of pulling a hopper and started. Pull a cattle put now I can tell you that is where the money
