Hi We are seeking quotes for a few lanes and including fuel surcharge. This project consist of hauling concrete rocks and asphalt like commodities. If you can provide per mile and per ton rate along with fuel surcharge. Atlanta GA to Pooler GA Aiken SC to Port Wentworth GA Lake City FL to Daytona Beach FL Tallahassee FL to Jacksonville FL Thanks for including what the fuel surcharge will be with your quote.
