Posting rates

I notice a lot of brokers don't post rates for power only (I only do power only currently). Do you all prefer a rate posted or prefer to call in and name your price?

Hey, Thanks for a great question…there are many times that I buzz right past a load only because there’s no posted rate. I am twice as likely to check on a load with a posted rate as long as the rate is close to what I ask for. I like to have time to calculate and check with my regular clients to see if they have something else close by “opposite direction” before dickering with a random stranger. I've been getting calls from very surprising places looking for direct carriers.
