Is this my problem or somebody else.

In this day and age of electronic payments and doing communication within seconds with iPhone's are we doing more paperwork for less money that goes with the business at hand? We are not allowed to-add a fee to every load to cover our paperwork and time.If we haul the load and the shipper never checks to see if they have payed you and expect you to fix the problem because you have already completed the service for them. Or Is it because you know the load is hauled and delivered and paperwork of emails and text aren't right but it's done enough for you the shipper to get paid but not the freighter ? Just wondering if I alone or does this happen more than I think? By Bryan Hugen

Never really thought about it, an interesting idea

Actually getting rid of paperwork has created a lot of free time, and I can do some extra work. But I can say that online payments are not always secure

Honestly, I hated this paperwork even though we could charge some extra costs for doing this. Online payments and other payments apps made my life way easier. But there is another side of the coin, and a lot of fraud occurs with online payments. Recently, after we transferred money online to one of our partners, our account details got stolen. Perhaps, someone just hacked the system. I dunno how they do that, but we spotted different transactions we didn’t make. Thankfully, our bank helped us to solve that issue and canceled transactions we didn’t do.
Some friends of mine suggested I try Maxpay services to secure my account. But I haven’t tried it before. Any thoughts?
