Friday (june 18th) will be 4 weeks past due. I've been constantly lied to about my payment. I moved 14 loads in 3 calendar weeks. 2 in week one. 11 in week two. 1 in week 3. She paid for week one and three and has been lying about week two. I'm posting this because she just reposted the load on here. Just be aware. Rod Brother's Logistics (Stephanie) The loads are listed as Gonzales TX to San Antonio Texas. Even though it's actually the opposite. Things not being what she says is normal. I will try to upload screenshots of the text messages.

I'm sure others can give a better how-to on writing a review on here, but I believe you can find their company profile in a load posting and then theres a space in that page.

As far as getting paid:

Go to their bond and file on it. Be prepared with ALL supporting docs as it's basically a lawyer that you'll be dealing with, however you will get their attention because failure to respond to the bond company basically causes a default payment in your favor and puts them out of business until they replenish the bond amount.

I've heard plenty of chatter that bonds wont cover agricultural, but a decent bond company will still start shaking that tree because a non payment still shows a risk that they are having financial trouble, at the very least it will probably cost them more money on their renewal... Also put a freightguard report on carrier 411 against them as well. From there if that hasn't gotten you paid, I would begin contacting the shipper and receiver for payment. Be kind and remember that its not them that are dogging you on payment, making demands and being difficult will not help you. They will be extremely against agreeing to pay you, but eventually you can get to the broker's customer so you can put the pressure on from that side as well. Some will know better than me, but I believe the broker's customer or the receiver has an obligation to pay the acutal delivering carrier in the even of non-payment.

Best of luck - sorry you're deling with that.

Hello, you must contact the bonding company and verify the bond is still in good standing with the FMCSA. Always do a credit check on each load you take.

Probably just got the load off another brokers post and contacted them and paid a bit to get it and give it to you and then screw you.

Okay then. I checked . You need to use a browser. Go to your dashboard and to My Ratings. Then you can leave a rating. It don't work from the phone app.
