Do Not Do Business With This Company

I hauled a load of sand for this company "JUST KEEP TRUCKING TRANSPORT" on 7/26/22 they have not paid and they will not answer the phone. I spoke to the broker that I got the load with and he said he left this company because they were not paying the haulers!!

They owe me $21,000 + for work done in July and August. Now won't answer the phone. Pure piece of shit!

Where are they from? Do you have a DOT number? If they brokered loads, go after their broker's bond.

I tried and got their bond cancelled but it's no good on intrastate loads only interstate.

They took a bunch of sand as the carrier and then posted it on here. They reached to us to haul some but when we looked them up they were listed as a Carrier Only on FMCSA MC-1344261. There are a bunch of other carriers and dispatch services doing the same thing right now with sand and other products we have seen here lately.

I just looked them up on Carrier 411 - their broker authority is inactive as of 11/9 and their carrier authority is pending revocation. Looks like these guys pulled a fast one, moved a bunch, got paid and dipped. Get ahold of the shipper and receiver ASAP to try and get some kind of resolution. Also check the BOLs, often the actual buyer isn't the receiver and their info might be available on there as well to get a third piece of push on these guys.

Also, no matter what the bond says, attempt to file anyways, it at least puts more pressure on them. Also may want to contact their insurance for any other information they might have as far as contacts etc. Most companies are not happy to be involved in a scam even by accident.

It looks like their carrier authority is still active. Their broker authority is inactive. Their broker bond #7901096670 was not cancelled until 11/3/2022.

I am not a lawyer, but Form BMC-84 does not make any differential between interstate and intrastate from what I can read.

Sand missing cause it seems if they didn’t pay for the transportation ?!! How in the he** they pay for the sand?? Unless the customer pay for the sand up front I would try to get in touch with the customer. But again why is Bulkloads not venting these so called brokers or carriers out?? Just my 2 cents. But in a baseball game 3 strikes you out!! I kn Bulkloads had more than 3 complaints on them why they didn’t stop them from posting loads on here?!!

No reason to hire a lawyer if there are firms like mine out there that will work for free until we get it collected. We have attorneys on staff to help bring the money in as well as file suit if needed.

We were running some loads from Durant OK to OKC. We were moving them at 7.50 per loaded mile on a pneumatic. We came back empty. I'm assuming they undercut my broker. I saw the route on here so I called. He was offering them at something like $2.80 a loaded mile. I asked if he was crazy and hung up. They shouldn't have been able to move any of those loads at those pitiful rates. Carriers have to stop screwing themselves and everyone else.

I was hauling them for $26 ton. Which was pretty good money in a hopper. Empty in Sherman Texas load Durant to OKC. Then reload Minco to port was a pretty good deal for me. Other than the middle route never got paid.

Why don't you guys who have been burned go after their bond ? It is the brokers responsibility to pay up , correct ? And by the way, they never answer their phone. Not even if you ain't hauled for them. I tried calling them several times and emailing in response to an add they had put out for ;ease on drivers.

I was the one that got their bond cancelled. I called to go after it 45 days past due and the bond company told me since it is intrastate there is nothing they can do. The bond is for interstate. Although they did cancel his bond

Just because you can't get anything from the bond doesn't mean that it can't be collected. This is what we specialize in and I'd be happy to review it for you if you like. You can call me at 662-932-3978, or email me at [email protected]

I did do a little research on you, and I see you have only had your authority since February of this year, so maybe you have managed to avoid all the scams out there, but if you'd like me to email you our list of bad brokers, drop your email address and I'll be happy to send it, Sir.

Yes, that is correct. However, #1, we are not a law firm. We do have an in-house attorney and a network of attorneys that work with us on contingency throughout the country, but we are a Transportation specific collections firm. We are not a law firm. #2, I did provide the link to our Google reviews, and also stated that if you would like references, I would be happy to provide those. I am not going to post my entire list of clients on this forum for privacy purposes, but if you would like to contact me at the number or email address that I provided several times now, feel free to do so. The sound of your messages is that you think AWA is some type of scam, but I assure you we are not. You may visit our website at www.awcollects.com

You may also contact me directly at 662-932-3978, or email me at [email protected] and I will be happy to assist you with any of your questions. We are the biggest and most successful Transportation specific collections firm in the nation. Please feel free to research us. I've even got a couple of clients from this load board that we are collecting for. We work for free. If you are suspicious, I suggest you check us out. The only risk to you is leaving money out there uncollected. I'd rather get you some of your money than you having none of it at all. Let me know how I may assist.

To be fair, ALL BROKERS are hosing guys in OK and KS (KC not bad) right now on rates. I got offered .98 a mile the other day. Broker was no doubt keeping $4-$5 a mile on that load. OK and KS have bottomed out and brokers are hosing anyone caught in their web there.

When I complain about a rate being low, the broker assures me "EVERYONE" is hauling for that.

I have sent emails in the past to Bulk Loads leadership about non brokers posting freight. They don't care, but not only that the government doesn't care either. The government requires licensing and bonding, but I could never find anywhere to report viloations. I emailed my congressman even on one instance, his office had no idea what I was even talking about.

Freight brokerage is like the wild west, and lots of carriers cant spend 1 minute on the safer website to make sure companies are on the up and up, but even if safer doesn't show a brokerage license there is no where to report the offense for enforcement.
