Blame the truck!

So I got roped into helping at an accident involving a Pete pulling a hopper, a single axle Amazon truck, and a vehicle pulling a boat. Nobody hurt. When I got there with my hopper to get the load, everyone said the Pete caused the accident....the highway patrolman said the marks on the road didn't add up to the Amazon truck story and boat puller story. Long story short, Amazon truck caused the accident, boat puller ended up in the ditch to avoid crash, both Amazon driver, and boat puller saw fit to blame the trucker with the nice Pete. Both of them lied and both had a different story from the truckers story. Luckily it was a smart patrolman.
