Real Country Transport has a unique opportunity for you as an Owner/Operator OTR Truck Driver.

We pick up and deliver non-Hazmat bulk loads to all 48 states.

You don’t have experience hauling a bulk trailer? NO Problem!! We will train you and teach you what we know.

We treat our OTR Truck drivers with respect and dignity, like a member of our extended family. We have an open-door policy, and we’ll know you by name. We hire professional OTR Truck drivers with common sense. This is a great opportunity for drivers that are tired of being micromanaged.

What we offer is;

• 24 hour access to an awesome dispatcher, who will work hard to keep you rolling with great rates.
• We pay 82% of the gross to the truck.
• Possible gross income $5000 - $6000 per week.
• We provide plate and decals, prorated for the year.
• Fuel card with up to $.50 discount per gallon.
• We offer a lease on a hopper trailer if you need one, that includes the maintenance and upkeep.
• We offer quick pay...Pay week closes on Saturday at 12 midnight. You will receive a settlement on Monday, and payout on Tuesday with it arriving in your account on Wednesday.
• We figure your IFTA tax at no charge.
• We run KeepTrucking ELD prorated for the year.
• We provide a tablet and scanning equipment that is included in the ELD charge.
