Family-owned OTR end dump carrier looking for drivers

Our company, Bones Transportation Inc., is looking for drivers. We have a fleet of 14 company trucks and we take good care of our equipment. We are a family-owned and operated company. I work with one of my brothers, one of my sisters, my daughter, one niece and one nephew. Our drivers can come into our offices and talk to any one of us at any given time.

Drivers don't have to have end dump experience. We can train you. We operate in approximately 30 states with most of that being in the midwest. We pay our drivers 24% of the truck's earnings in the first year and 25% after one year. We have health/dental insurance with Blue Cross Blue Shield that becomes effective after the first 60 days. We also offer paid vacation, safety bonus, fuel discount bonus and per diem.

We know drivings jobs are easy to come by. We also know that end dump work may not be a good fit for everyone. However, most drivers that have pulled end dumps tend to prefer end dumps to other types of equipment.

Good drivers are hard to find. What we ask most of our drivers is good communication and honesty and we always try to give the same back to our drivers.
