Equipment Overview

Pneumatic:

3 or 4 cones pushed together. Each cone has a manhole on top, this is where the product is loaded. Drivers do have open and close the top lids. Along the entire bottom length of the trailer runs the product, at the back of the trailer the product line opens, and this is where you attach the hoses. One end of the hose is attached to the product line and the other end of the hose is what you would hook up to the silo, drop in the pit of water , or into a pit in the ground; you would then use air pressure to blow the product off of the trailer. You need be able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Our tanks range from 1000 to 1600 cubic feet capacity
Featuring :
• 8"product valves to allow for a variety of products
• 4" product lines and a variety of fittings and adapters to meet most needs
• Trailers carry a minimum of 30 feet of 4" hose
• Gravity tees to enable bottom-dropping of loads
• Vibrators for aeration of product

While our pneumatics do have bottom drop tees, we blow off most of the loads we haul on our pneumatic tanks.
