CARRIER LOOKING FOR HOTSHOT OWNER OPERATORS NEEDED TO RUN UNDER MY AUTHORITY and LANES AVAILBABLE TO O/O OF ANY FREIGHT

I have immediate openings for two experienced HOTSHOT owner operators that are interested in leasing on and running under SET LLC authority. Would prefer someone with their own truck and 40 ft trailer. Not opposed to talking to those without their own equipment. CDL A preferred. Would like 5-7 years of verifiable experience, but it is not a MUST. Clean MVR and must pass pre-employment drug screen along with other USDOT and FMCSA requirements. We PROUDLY HIRE AND ARE WILLING TO TRAIN VETERANS.

I also have direct lanes I can offer to owner operators in HOTSHOT, semi/reefer, semi/flat or conastoga, and much more. I am looking to build partnerships with other owner operators/carriers to cover these lanes that I receive daily. I am NOT A DISPATCHER, am not interested in hiring a dispatcher, nor am I a BROKER. We are a carrier that understands every aspect of the industry and are trying to change the way drivers and shippers as well, are treated by all of the middle men that piggy back off of the hard work and sacrifices made by our truck drivers day in and day out.

I receive loads daily from all over the US and Canada. I am not asking for large 7-8-or even 10% fees for helping you find loads and only ask for a minimal amount which typically covers the time I spend working on your load, the load required paperwork, etc. This can be full time or something you only need once every now and then when you aren't able to find good paying freight.

I do not load my trucks for anything less than $2.25/mile EVER. I have negotiated top dollar rates with each of the brokers and shippers that I work with to ensure top dollar is paid each and every time. I would actually just pass the information on to carriers with the loads, but have worked hard negoitiating higher rates on each of these lanes and know that these rates will not remain the same if they know I am not the one booking it and they will drop again to less than what I feel is a fair rate for our hard working drivers.

I have contracts with dedicated shippers, local, Monday through Friday, no weekends, and home every night. I am able to load both hotshot and semi/flats every day guaranteed.
