I would like to find a company that I could run dedicated for with a 1250 cubic feet pneumatic can haul 48,000 every load

Schwend, Inc has plenty of pneumatic work. If you are looking to stay in PA, we wouldn't be a good fit. But if you were wanting to run in the Southeast for a few weeks at a time then go home for a week or two and then come back out , give us a call.
