Regional tanker driver

Looking for tanker drivers in the Louisville Ky, Cincinnati, Columbus Ohio region...myself and my brother Jim own a small family trucking company with 14 trucks pulling all single and multi compartments tanks delivering liquid admixture to ready mix and precast plants in 3 different markets, central Illinois delivering in midwest, Louisville KY serving mid-upper Ohio valley and the Southeast, and in the Los Angeles are servicing California and Az, and NV...due to our customers growth in Louisville we are adding 3 more trucks to our current 5 truck fleet there, our drivers are home on weekends and mainly work Monday through Friday, we pay all hourly currently $25.50 plus insurance and retirement plus driver is given 40 hour week guarantee. Last year our drivers averaged between $71,000 and $85,000 for the year but I'm having a heck of time attracting guys in that market. The new business will be mainly Northeast Ohio, Western PA markets and would be great lane for someone who lives along the 71 corridor...I've placed a few adds on fb but where else could I place adds to find some drivers...this market has always been a struggle for me so any help would be greatly appreciated. ...tanks again Russ Harris
