Looking for Owner Operators or Drivers

I'm looking to grow my trucking business. I'm looking for a highly motivated individual to work hard. We move agricultural feed year round but our busiest time is in the winter. I use belt trailers, end dumps, and have a tanker. I'm looking for an owner operater with their own rig and I will provide the trailer or I will hire another driver and buy another rig. I pay percentage based upon your experience with a sign on bonus and yearly bonuses. Depending how hard you want to run you will make $1,500-$2,000 in a 5 day work week. Working weekends you can get up to $2,500.
