Dispatch/Broker Position

We are looking for experienced, highly motivated freight brokers to help fill and grow this division. Duties and Responsibilities: Quote and cover truckload shipments Contact, negotiate and secure carriers for available/open loads Dispatching, routing and scheduling carriers Maximize profit of each load by negotiating with customers and carriers to ensure proper profit margins Build relationships with new and existing carriers Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients Bid on dedicated contract opportunities Requirements: Must have 2+ years of experience Must have strong sales skills and strive to develop long-term carrier relationships Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette Must negotiate price, service and terms with both clients and carriers
