Buying a walking floor who has potential work?

I'm entertaining the idea of purchasing a walking floor trailer to run in the PA MD DE area. I'm in communication with a "potential" customer, just trying to see who else may need this service in the area. I have no problem working with a broker or two, but not interested in working all day and making just enough to cover costs.
