2003 Peterbilt 379 for sale

Hi everyone, I am considering selling my 2003 Peterbilt 379. I am open to offers for one or both of my tractor and trailer. My target is $40k on the tractor and $25k on the trailer. Looking for a new O/o who will take care of it! 200k mi on the engine. DT60 500 hp engine, plenty of power. Less than a year on new PTO. 2000 USTS TL framed aluminum end dump 28’ with two drop axles and year old manual roll tarp. A couple small items I can take care of before closing: A/C compressor running but inconsistent power, poly temp window in the sleeper eventually needs replacing, Holland XL fifth wheel assembly so need to mind trailer height, tailgate has some wear and welding on lips to help me get by hauling finer stuff (gypsum, machined sand).
