off the showroom floor , yeah well umm...if they do then the dealer and the guy buying the truck did'nt do thier job......if they did not inspect trucks how many trucks do you think would be safe ? if you keep an eye on your ri]de and do what you are supposed to do then you won't have any trouble , I know theres gonna be a lot of bitching but ..... its been this way for years and years , and they talk about it happening and the dates its taking place well before it happens which means one of 2 things , either make sure you stuff is right or just take the week off , not rocket science , guys.....

With all due respect Kevin, when CVSA first established a out sevice criteria, it was only a couple of pages long. Now it is 78 pages long. Every year they have to keep adding to it, just so they can tell the public one out of every five trucks is unsafe, and scare the hell out of the public, to make sure that Washington does not cut they're funding.

I should have stopped at the casino or bought a lottery ticket instead of driving, I'm sure all my luck is used up now for a loooooong time.

Government is working to force out the small business and only have conglomerates running everything! We never see a photo op with an O/O! Not a single one that I have seen. When government wants to make regulations they look to the big companies not the small! That's just my oppinion!

I have seen some inspectors that cheat in order to make their quota, by doing stuff like tugging extra hard on a airline, in order to loosen a glad hand,and create a air leak.

If there was a blitz every week, the cut rate, trashed trucks, would either have to raise there rate or quite. Either way it would be easier to compete with good equipment and do more good for safety than all the stupid ELD regs etc.
