NEED GOOD FLATBED & DRYVAN CARRIERS FOR LOADS

I was awarded a bid for 77 lanes , and I need a carrier base that I can depend on to run loads at a reasonable and steady rate. Must have 6 month straight running authority, have minimum 3 inspections w/i 18 month period and have satisfactory or no safety rating.
