Two Peterbilts with timpte hoppers alomst the same but one is newer. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THEM? One does not have an eld or the driver does not have a cdl
The newer one belongs to a FARMER BOTH HAUL THE SAME COMMODITIES travel the same roads but the farmer has no mc. number or dot number. What is fair about this? NOTHING!!
