And how much is it for waiting time after 2 hours..we have waited well over two hours either at the shipper or at the well head site many times...

Please take the time to read before you comment....we have multiple Wells running this has demolished any down time

When you are dispatched out to a well head.. and either get held up at either end with a load to that well head..its for that well as it is billed..to that job site..and many times you are laid up waiting to unload..or at the shipping point for one reason or another..such as behind to many trucks..
