NOLAN STAR WILL NOT PAY YOU!!!!! MY Company and many more are trying to get paid for over a month for loads from Mill Creek OK TO San Antonio Tx.. They will not take calls Tex are Emails .. but yet they are still looking for suckers.... Nolan Star man up and paid us!!!!!!

Why would work for them they are cheap as hell $13.25/ ton from San Antonio to Houston that’s just over $300!!!

One of the worst things is that he said he quit but that is not truth, i found that he still working because he is the president and Jessica Jimenez is his wife, he told me he was sending my check after contacting someone that knows him and he didnt, he is just playing bad, he has answer my texts a lot recognising that he still owes us, but now he is just playing, i guess today i call Washington to tried to get his MC Cancel or at least to get their attention.. I am open if all of us go to Richmond and Sue him in court so he can at least stop his operations, cause he still hauling with his dump trks..

On the safer website, you can get his bond information, Hudson Insurance Group is who it is with. Call in and file a claim. They are pretty responsive. You will be required to prove you’re entitled.

I’ve got Jessica’s cell phone# if you want it. Doesn’t do any good except for the first call. She won’t answer after that.

I’ve also talked informed US Silica of the business practices being conducted there.

This is one one of those cases where it’s always better to factor. Only problem is the rates have been so low, factoring just takes away another percentage.

He, could offered you 30dls per ton and still he was not going to pay you.. the money he made through US is very tentative, at least 140000dls thats right he post in LinkedIn that his company is growing very fast, of course everyone of us is putting a lot of help.. how wife is also in LinkedIn as owner of Nolan Trucking a growing bussines ..

thats what happens when you get desperate and go trying to chase them so called big paychecks.....always deal direct , if you can't then go with the most reputable, theres no such thing as get rich quick .
