Well im not sure if you Boss is playing games with you or NOT , I hope so , first of thing you have to do is call the rail road compnay that own the tracks at the warehouse and then they will tell you what it will cost , and how much time you have to load it and dump it with out paying for sitting time , GOOD LUCK

I am assuming the product is coming into the country in super sacks in contaiiners and you then need to transload out of containers and Super sacks into a truck which would then deliver to Donald OR. Depending on the port and the distance using a railroad hopper car would not make sense at all. Please confirm the Port of entry and the needed delivery vehicle in order to answer your question.

Sounds like a language barrier here. I am assuming the product is coming into the country in super sacks in contaiiners and you then need to transload out of containers and Super sacks into a truck which would then deliver to Donald OR.
