60% not ELD compliant yet!

So if 60% park our trucks on December 18, 2017 Do you think the FMCSA would notice? I'm Ready! Anybody want to come along?

If we do nothing, we will slowly go broke, and the megga carriers will end up with our customers, which is how they planned it....... If we shut down and refuse to comply, Washington will be forced to break their alliance with the ATA..... They have already showed signs of weakness by giving out all these exemptions, to try and ease capacity concerns. The economy is on fire right now, and I suggest we take advantage of that opertunity, and use it against them.

We are at a critical crossroads right now. This can either be like the Boston tea party, or the Bataan Death march. If we do nothing, we will slowly go broke, and the megga carriers will end up with our customers, which is how they planned it....... If we shut down and refuse to comply, Washington will be forced to break their alliance with the ATA..... They have already showed signs of weakness by giving out all these exemptions, to try and ease capacity concerns.
