A growing company located in the SPL LOGISTICS ENTERPRISE LLC Chicago is looking for an organized and dispatcher who is highly skilled with multitasking. Ideal candidate must possess the following: *Can multi-task in a fast pace environment *Be familiar with typing simple letters on word ; excel experience a plus *Must have good typing skills for dispatching purposes *Can work successfuly as a team with ability to motivate others to stay focused as well *Have a customer friendly tone of voice (no mono-tone ) *Have a positive attitude *Be able to make indpendant decisions if needed *Be customer focused and ability to resolve customer issues *Be able to hold others accountable for job duties *Having sales experience is a plus or telemarketing experience *Be organized and independant *Be able to come up with positive suggestions to improve company revenue
